Terms & Conditions | Crawling Panda

Terms That Govern Every Order

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Crawling Panda’s website and services. By placing an order, requesting a quotation, making a payment, or using our website, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms explain how our service flow, payments, delivery, editorial handling, issue resolution, and limitations work across standard and custom service requests.

1

Services

Crawling Panda provides digital SEO and content-related services, which may include Guest Posting, Link Insertion, Article Writing, Custom Outreach and Link Building Services, and special-niche link building services where applicable.

All services are provided subject to availability, niche suitability, website acceptance, editorial review, and operational feasibility.

2

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting a request through our website does not automatically mean that every order is accepted for fulfillment.

For standard packages listed on the website, the order may be automatically processed or approved according to the service flow shown on the portal.

For custom services, the client must submit requirements first. Crawling Panda may issue a separate quotation, revised scope, estimated timeline, or clarification request before proceeding.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or cancel any request if the niche is not supported, the requested website or placement is not available, the requirements are unclear or incomplete, or the order conflicts with our editorial, legal, quality, or operational standards.

3

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Standard service pricing is shown on the website. Any service not listed with a fixed price is treated as a custom service, and pricing may be quoted based on requirements, niche, scope, metrics, and delivery needs.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time before order acceptance. Updated prices do not affect already accepted and paid invoices unless the scope or requirements change afterward.

4

Payment Terms

Payment must be made according to the issued invoice and payment instructions provided by Crawling Panda.

For fixed packages, an invoice may be generated automatically and shown in the client portal with pending payment status until payment is received.

For custom services, an invoice may be generated after review of the client’s requirements and quotation approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin only after payment confirmation, unpaid invoices may delay processing or delivery, and transaction fees, gateway charges, taxes, or third-party processing fees may remain the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5

Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best possible service and resolve any issue fairly before any refund is considered.

If any delivered link, live post, placement, or published content is removed, changed materially, or becomes unavailable, the client must inform us first. Upon being informed, we will review the issue and use best efforts to provide a replacement or reinstatement, and we will begin handling the issue within 24 hours of notification.

The client agrees to contact Crawling Panda first and allow a fair opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before requesting any refund, chargeback, or payment dispute.

Refunds are generally not applicable where work has materially started, outreach or content work has already been carried out, delays are caused by the client, instructions change after confirmation, the issue arises from client-side restrictions, or a publisher-side change occurs but a reasonable replacement is offered.

Nothing in this section limits any refund right that must be provided under applicable law, if such law applies.

6

Delivery and Turnaround

Once payment has been received, Crawling Panda aims to complete each order within 48 to 72 hours. This turnaround applies where there are no delays caused by holidays, weekends, operational interruptions, or client-side queries, clarifications, or approval requirements.

Where no such delay factors apply, the order is expected to be completed within the stated 48 to 72 hour timeframe.

7

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including where relevant target URLs, anchor text, article or brief, niche requirements, traffic or metric requirements, and special notes or compliance restrictions.

The client must ensure that all submitted content, instructions, URLs, and materials are lawful and do not violate third-party rights.

If the client provides files, articles, logos, images, or content, the client confirms that they have the necessary right to use and submit them.

8

Content and Editorial Rights

For guest posting, link insertion, article writing, and similar services, final placement depends on publisher or editor approval.

Crawling Panda and/or third-party publishers may edit content for readability, formatting, compliance, editorial standards, or publication suitability.

We do not guarantee that every submission will be published exactly as originally drafted unless specifically agreed in writing.

9

Third-Party Websites and Publishers

Many services involve third-party websites, blogs, publishers, and media owners. Crawling Panda does not own or control all third-party websites used in service delivery.

Placement availability may change, site metrics may change over time, publishers may update or remove content, and live links may be affected by third-party decisions.

Where commercially reasonable, Crawling Panda will assist with replacements or issue handling in line with the Refund Policy.

10

Metrics and SEO Performance Disclaimer

Metrics such as DA, DR, organic traffic, authority score, spam score, indexing status, or similar values are based on third-party tools and may change at any time.

Crawling Panda does not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, indexation permanence, search engine placement, domain metric stability, or future SEO performance.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competition, website health, technical SEO, content quality, and client-side implementation.

11

Special-Niche Services

For special-niche categories such as casino, CBD, vape, loan, or similar industries, acceptance is subject to availability, publisher approval, and quotation review.

Prices, delivery timelines, and placement conditions for these categories may differ from standard packages and may be stated separately on the website, quotation, or invoice.

12

Revisions and Issue Reporting

Any issue with delivery should be reported by the client within a reasonable time after delivery.

Where applicable, Crawling Panda may offer clarification, correction, replacement, adjustment, credit, or another reasonable remedy.

Minor editorial differences, formatting changes, or natural publisher edits do not automatically qualify as service failure.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawling Panda shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, ranking drops, traffic loss, algorithm-related impact, publisher-side removals beyond reasonable remedy, delays caused by third parties, business interruption, or consequential damages.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14

Account and Portal Use

If the client is provided with account or portal access, the client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities carried out under their account.

Crawling Panda may suspend or restrict access if misuse, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

15

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, text, layout, graphics, and internal materials belonging to Crawling Panda remain the property of Crawling Panda unless otherwise stated.

The client may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our website materials without prior written permission.

16

Confidentiality

We will use reasonable efforts to keep client data, files, order details, and business information confidential, except where disclosure is necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, payment processing, or publisher communication.

17

Termination

Crawling Panda may refuse, suspend, or terminate services if the client violates these Terms, payment is not made, abusive or fraudulent conduct occurs, or the requested service becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable to perform.

Any completed work, incurred costs, or publisher-side expenses up to the termination point may remain chargeable.

18

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will govern future use and future orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19

Governing Communication

For any issue relating to orders, invoices, delivery, replacements, or disputes, the client must contact Crawling Panda directly through the official communication channel provided on the website or portal before taking any external payment action.
